I am an experienced and values-driven Leader in Community Services with more than 20 years’ experience shaping high-impact programs across early childhood, mental health, disability, family services, Aboriginal health and cross-government reform.My leadership is grounded in behavioural science and trauma-informed practice, enabling me to build psychologically safe, high-performing teams and lead complex system change with clarity, compassion and strategic discipline. I thrive in environments where I can bring together government, non-government and community partners to redesign service ecosystems and uplift outcomes for vulnerable children, families and communities.I have led major multi-agency reform initiatives—including early childhood system redesign, precinct-based service integration, and large-scale community wellbeing programs—working closely with senior executives, Ministers’ offices, Commissioners, councils and peak bodies.Across all my roles, I am known for my ability to stabilise complex portfolios, strengthen service quality and safeguarding, redesign programs, navigate political environments, and support teams through change.I am passionate about contributing to organisations that value social justice, evidence-based practice, collaboration and genuine community impact. I welcome opportunities in Government and the NFP sector where I can lead system, service and workforce transformation at scale.
