I am a Florida Gulf Coast University journalism graduate currently working as a substitute teacher. I am also enrolled in the Radford University Master's program for Education. I am an open-minded critical thinker who constantly craves opportunities to grow and learn. I find helping and connecting with people rewarding. I aspire for my career to reflect a contribution to the well-being of humanity. I have experience in news writing and editing, as well as magazine writing. I am skilled in communication and teamwork, problem-solving, and making deadlines. I am a highly organized professional who is creative, thoughtful, and determined. Years of hospitality experience helps me excel in fast-paced environments. Being an athlete for most of my life taught me advanced teamwork and communication skills, as well as, perseverance and responsibility. I am a hard-working multitasker who is always punctual and works with integrity. I am also a certified 200-hour yoga instructor who desires a deeper understanding of the mind, body, and soul. Through yoga, I discovered a profound love and connection to myself, others, and the world, and I am passionate about sharing that experience through my teaching.
