About Brooke Walker

Graduate in Intercultural Studies from the University of Mobile in the Southeast region, currently leveraging skills as a Service BDC Director in the Automotive Industry. My interest in personality tests has led me to embrace collaboration, communication, and adaptability in my approach to building effective teams. Utilizing personality and strengths assessment tools, I strive to bring together individuals whose unique strengths and weaknesses complement one another. In line with this, my own results from the Myers-Briggs Personality Inventory reveal that I am an ENFP, and my top 5 strengths with Clifton's StrengthFinder are Restorative, Intellection, Learner, Achiever, and Activator. Driven by these strengths and my interpersonal skills, I thrive in problem-solving situations, proactively identifying issues and opportunities. My initiative and commitment to self-development empower me to take on strategic direction, working towards impactful goals that extend beyond individual or team achievements. Over the course of six years, I have found great joy in collaborating with my teams, and working to orchestrate their strengths to create a harmonious and well-organized department. My ability to organize and plan effectively contributes to the success of our projects and initiatives. While achieving personal and team goals is gratifying, the most fulfilling moments in my career come from nurturing the growth and development of my team members. Engaging in monthly/quarterly reviews allows me to brainstorm their progress and professional journey with them, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to excellence. Inspired by causes, organizations, and individuals advocating for principles larger than themselves, I am driven to make a positive impact in both the automotive industry and other sectors. Being part of initiatives that align with my values and contribute to a greater purpose fuels my motivation and dedication!
