Background

About Brooke Williams

I am a detail-driven Senior Project Coordinator with over 25 years of experience in project support, office operations, and administrative leadership. Throughout my career—from managing large-scale vendor billing at JE Dunn to coordinating fire alarm and security installations at Point Monitor—I’ve been the go-to person for keeping projects organized, compliant, and on track. I specialize in streamlining processes, maintaining documentation accuracy, and serving as the central hub between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. I’m also a commissioned Oregon Notary Public (including Remote Online Notarization) and highly skilled in SAP, CMIC, Bluebeam, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office tools. Whether managing change orders, coordinating permits, or supporting high-performing teams across multiple sites, I take pride in my ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset. I’m currently seeking a new opportunity where I can contribute my experience to a collaborative, mission-driven team—preferably with hybrid flexibility and room to grow into greater leadership.
