About Brooke Wymond

Brooke is a Clinical Research Coordinator (ICH GCP accredited) and Research Dietitian in the CSIRO Nutrition and Health Research Clinic, based at SAHMRI, Adelaide. The Research Clinic has over 30 years of experience in food and diet substantiation research and has worked with Australian and Global food industries to substantiate foods, food components and nutritional supplements. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, Brooke is responsible for managing and organising clinical trials and community interventions, ensuring they are conducted ethically according to ICH- GCP guidelines. As a Research Dietitian, Brooke undertakes dietary assessments and develops and implements dietary protocols to meet specific study criteria. Brooke monitors participant compliance throughout study interventions, counselling them to maximise compliance and retention. Brooke has worked on various clinical studies focusing on food, supplements, dietary patterns and programs for metabolic health and weight management, cardiovascular disease, gut health, cognition and physical activity.
