Experienced senior institutional asset management marketing professional. Passionate investment expert that has worked closely with senior investment professionals in developing and implementing alternative investment solutions for institutional and retail investors. Mr. Hamblett joined Prelude in 2022 and is responsible for real estate investor business development. Prior to Prelude, Mr. Hamblett was head of North American institutional distribution for National Australia Bank’s real estate investment boutiques—Montreal-based Presima and London-based Orchard Street. Mr. Hamblett also held senior investor relations positions at Cohen & Steers, AIG Investments (PineBridge Investments) and Fidelity Investments. Mr. Hamblett was directly responsible for developing multiple bespoke investment solutions, including a first-generation wealth feeder into an institutional direct real estate fund and a multi-strategy real assets fund. Mr. Hamblett received an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Politics from Lake Forest College. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association.
