Overall I am a well rounded Tech Unicorn that manages, mentors, and all around troubleshoots anything in my path. Whether it is making a client happy, managing deployment projects, and troubleshooting bizarre random and complex circumstances; to ensuring all teams are on the same page, building and improving internal processes and programs for cross dept collaboration, and or just making the office laugh with random banter while mentoring new / less experienced colleagues on whatever the current scenario is. I have a rather varied and experienced background in various technical and customer engaging environments. This has provided me with a very broad insight and ability to take into account what works and what doesn't for process, department, and team building. I'm definitely best at keeping calm during the storms and keeping lively during the down time.
