About Bruce Adams

Over the last 25 years Bruce has assisted clients across Canada and around the world with implementing education system reform through complex program and technology transformations. His experience includes Ministry and agency funding model reviews as well as detailed feasibility studies for shared services, employee attendance support and financial management. He has led high-profile program evaluation and revitalization for Ministries in key areas such as student health, school leadership, student support services, as well as early learning, adult and continuing education. Bruce has also supported system reform through service delivery transformation. This has included organizational structure realignment, competency modeling, as well as the strengthening and streamlining of academic and administrative services through large system implementations, analytics, RPA and AI. In the area of strategic planning, he is both a facilitator and an author of sector guides and tools designed to support education institutions in planning, implementing and monitoring multi-year plans. Bruce has also led the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems covering academic support functions, back-office and portal solutions.
