On boarded IBM and Acronis technical services specialist and the Chief Revenue Officer. The team has grown to seven members and has been acquired by a large international security organisation. • As branch manager of Edgetec office in Cape Town we restructured the business in order to conform to the South African Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment. is the cornerstone of the South African Government's efforts to educate and train the large sector of the population that was previously disadvantaged. Subsequent growth due to restructure was twenty percent per annum. • The IBM team at Airtel increased the capabilities of the existing outsourcing agreement in order to restructure their current solution. Infrastructure solutions required more technology in the country in order to improve performance. o Seven land-bound countries were impacted due to data performance restrictions. o Eight countries had legislation that required data residency laws. The project resulted in an 80M USD revenue increase which was recognised as revenue over the period and achieved my target.
