About Bruce Alfred

I love to help individuals and organizations do better. As a well-being expert and Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths consultant, I guide clients in overcoming challenges, maximizing potential, and more efficiently reaching goals, while decreasing stress and burnout and increasing joy. Measurable outcomes— real data and real dollars— result from building the organizational well-being that enhances team performance. Pop-survey: Do you agree with the following? We all perform better when we feel better. We all do better when we work to our strengths rather than focus on weakness fixing. When we understand ourselves and our colleagues better, everyone wins - including entire organizations. It makes sense, right? The better we feel, the more we work to strengths, the more productively we work together - the better we all do. But, how to get there? That’s where I come in! Let’s talk about how my team and I can help you or your organization do better. Message me or shoot an email to bruce@bolsterup.life.
