He is currently CEO & Founder of BSCA Solutions,llc, a research, advisory and consultancy firm across single family offices (SFO), multi family offices (MFO), technology, financial, industry service and real estate. As an Advisor he strives to help entrepreneurs and corporate clients unlock their companies value ready to successfully position themselves to scale and grow. Bruce utilizes his extensive network, board and investor experience for the following- business strategy and change management- vision/mission development- governance, capital structure, succession - organizational design - operations management - pricing - compensation - technology and systems - talent management - merger & acquisitions. Bruce is an Executive Partner/Advisor at Millpoint Capital, a 2.0B New York based private equity firm Bruce is an Advisor and Board Member for Franklin Madison as well as Claybrook Capital,llc. Bruce's prior experience as Head of Real Estate for a $15B MFO, Partner and President of a $20B+ MFO, COO for a Multi Strategy Fund of Funds, Board of Director for a top US based electrical construction company, Hedge Fund Founder and Co-Head Trader at Standard & Poor's Securities, provides deep knowledge of direct investing, sponsor due diligence, co-investments, joint venture structuring and mergers/acquisitions. He currently resides in Manhasset. Bruce spends his time with his family and many interests including martial arts, travel, and multiple sports.
