About Bruce Bahneman

I was formerly the COO of a commercial office furniture dealership for twenty years and sold my interest in the dealership in 2003. That allowed me to pursue real estate development full-time. I joined Master Development where my duties included project manager, selling and leasing several redevelopment projects primarily in Northeast and The North Loop of Minneapolis. Those projects include Soho, The Keg House on the Grain Belt Brewery campus, The Waterbury Building, Brookside Lofts, and 2112 West Broadway. That vocation required a knowledge of the planning, zoning and environmental laws, interfacing with municipal community development departments and citizens groups, and appearances before planning commissions and city councils. In 2009, I joined the C. Chase Company as Vice President. There, I represented commercial clients selling, buying, and leasing their commercial properties. I joined Avison Young is 2015 as a Senior Vice President where I continue to advise both Landlords and Occupiers of Commercial properties in Minnesota, California and around the US. California Real Estate License #02090515 My interests include: Rotary - Founding member of the Edina Morningside Rotary Rotarian of the Year Traveling Soccer Coach - Edina and Minneapolis Westside Soccer Club (coached for 18 years) Tri-Chair for St. Thomas the Apostle catholic church capital campaign United States Golf Association - From 1990 - 2018 I was the lead volunteer for the Media Center for U.S. Open Championships. West Market Business Association - Founding member and President of the business association located in the Glenwood Avenue Corridor west of the Minneapolis CBD Memorial Blood Center and Lifestream Blood Center - Donated 202 pints of whole blood
