About Bruce Belmore

I am passionate about transportation and strive daily to make our communities a better place to live, work and play. I am directly involved in projects that matter and continuously try to innovate on behalf of clients. With 35 years of experience in transportation, I have had the pleasure of undertaking a broad range of projects, involving active modes, traffic calming, micromobility, traffic operations and transportation safety. I am also pleased to have been involved in the development and testing of the traffic and parking management plan for Mosaic Stadium located in Regina, SK. I have contributed to industry organizations and completed my term as ITE International President in 2019. This included a three-year term serving on the ITE Executive Committee and International Board of Direction headquartered in Washington, DC. In addition, I have also served as on the Transportation Executive Committee with ACEC-SK. I believe there is a strong need to mentor others entering the industry and, I have spent six years as an adjunct professor co-lecturing engineering law and ethics at the University of Regina. I have had the pleasure of working with graduating engineers on their future role in protecting public safety, as well as the obligations to their employer and to clients. I have found this extremely rewarding part of my career and take great pride in having coached nearly practicing engineers on the importance of their role in society.
