Throughout my career with Burt and Burt Painting Services and warehouse logistics, I have procured strategic knowledge on the methods, design techniques, and principles of operating machinery. Tenacity has been sullied into my character because of the ever demanding, constantly changing technology based corporations due to major technological advancements. Furthermore, as part owner of the family business and dock coordinator, I have subjugated the leadership role tactfully; never allotting my team members to feel belittled under my leadership training. My reputation, however, grew of eminent proportions as I developed a personal cliental, separate from that of the business, as my performance, skills, and abilities were desired by the families of my associates as well is in privately owned business seeking smaller repairs. Most recently, I completed a nonprofit project redesigning a home, interior and exterior, providing an innovative and creative feel meeting the visions of the homeowner. My work ethics have been widely recognized by my peers, coworkers, as well as my supervisors. In less than a year at my current job, I was promoted to a leadership role due to proactive learning, completion of assignments under time constraints, paying attention to all directions given to me by my superiors, and always showing my peers, coworkers, and supervisors the up most respect. With a passion for software application and excellent knowledge in experience in troubleshooting, I used each technological experience (whether video game system or, paint spray gun technician, or tablet scanner repair, or forklift operator) as an opportunity to meet specified needs while recommending proactive systems solutions.
