Bruce Caruthers is always focused on what needs to happen to achieve a goal, not on why it can't happen. This attitude has served him well, letting him succeed where others give up. Having personally gone through leasing, buying, selling, and being a landlord with commercial properties, Bruce found himself drawn to the agent side so he could help others navigate these tricky waters. As an agent, he is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams, and understands that building long-term relationships based on trust and communication is essential. He takes the time to listen to the needs of his clients and works tirelessly to fulfill those needs. Whether clients are looking to lease, buy, or sell, Bruce is dedicated to providing them the guidance and support they need to succeed. A proud native of Long Island, New York, Bruce has also lived in New Jersey, California, and Denmark. He and his wife have lived in Washington since 2003. Bruce graduated from Princeton where he began in Astrophysics and finished in Computer Science. He later earned an MBA at UW's Foster School of Business, during which he enjoyed a summer abroad at the Copenhagen School of Business. His career has spanned from Silicon Valley software architect to managing surgery centers to auto repair. An Eagle Scout, he enjoys being active in the local community as a merit badge counselor and former vice-president of the Clearview Community Association. When not working, Bruce and his wife, Brooke, make the time to travel. They have been to over 30 countries together, and recently purchased property in Turkiye as part of its Citizenship by Investment program. Domestically, Bruce and Brooke love relaxing in Gatlinburg, TN, and the Outer Banks, NC.
