Collins has over 25 years of experience in program management, regulatory compliance, grant writing/management, business process alignment, and procurement/supply chain management. Bruce obtained his expertise and knowledge from working in both the public and private sectors. In his present role at DFW Airport, Bruce oversees the centralized purchasing and sourcing of all capital projects, concessions, design and other professional services, goods, warehousing, disposition of surplus property, and mailroom services. Bruce’s team is also responsible for the payment of invoices to support the 2nd busiest airport in the world, DFW. Bruce has previously worked at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, James M. Cox-Dayton. International Airport, General Mitchell-Milwaukee International Airport, and supported the El Paso International Airport. Bruce has received various awards for innovation, best practices, and small business development. Bruce has trained and lectured to public entities and private sector businesses.
