I am an experienced technology professional, having spent 38 years working in the European radio industry. I have gained considerable experience and skills in broadcast technology, broadcast operations, IT systems & infrastructure, business systems, studio centre builds, building refurbishments and projects of all sizes. I have had responsibility for multi million pound operational and capital expenditure budgets. I have managed a number of significant integration projects, with responsibility for all business areas including relocation. I have gained a thorough understanding of the running of commercial radio businesses, having spent periods in radio station management roles. In these roles I had responsibility for business P&L and leadership of all disciplines including programming and commercial staff. Specialties: Broadcast technology, broadcast operations, business integration, relocations, radio station design and build, outside broadcasts, audio signal processing, systems integration, DAB and analogue transmission.
