I am a passionate/innovative Senior Business Analyst working in the position of AT & T "Sr. Product Mgmt & Development Mgr." in Dallas Tx - responsible as the Program Manager for AT & T's Productivity Suite. I oversee daily operations of this SaaS portal, its 3 year software growth road map, development and integration into AT & T's automated and software processes. Over nearly 9 years at AT & T I have gathered experience in many and various IT areas such as software development, data growth and migration, systems migration/integration and software product roll-out. I have several years of experience, prior to AT & T, in senior roles: Business Systems Analyst, Business Process Engineer, Project Manager (waterfall and scum in various industries) and Program Manager – in industries ranging from cellular communications, department of defense, consulting, health-care and IT/software development and marketing. I have led teams composed of diversified disciplines, both locally and geographically distributed, through the complete software development (informational technology) lifecycle (SDLC), as well as business migration/adoption of software and/or software services. I have managed small to large projects with teams greater than 100 members, budgets in excess of $7.5m and duration in excess of a year. My knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Project and Visio is extremely strong – as well as other technologies such as SharePoint and more. I have a strong sense of team work, work and personal ethics that drives me to provide more than what is asked of me. I have a keen insight into business practices and problems, as well as an eye for detail and thoroughness. My goal is to provide the best product or service possible, to meet the need of my customer to the best of my ability and be ready to go the extra mile (or two or three) in order to ‘get the job done’.
