A Texas licenced Home Inspector, along with Wood Destroying Inspect Inspector (WDI) provides a full circle home inspection working with Inspect 360 where we service the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Prior to that, I retired as a Police Detective with Dallas Police Department for 21 years. Areas of expertise include: home inspections, WDI inspections, follow up investigations of criminal offenses; Crime Analysis; Filing cases with the Dallas Co. District Attorney and testifying in court to secure a conviction. Prior to that, I was assigned to patrol as a Police Senior Corporal for 17 1/2 years. Areas of expertise include responding to calls for service; protecting the public; Crime Prevention; preliminary investigations of Felony and Misdemeanor offense; securing crime scenes; generating the initial offense report; testifying in court. During the years as a Patrol Officer I received a Master Peace Officer Certificate, TCLEOS Teaching Certificate, Field Training Officer (FTO), Northeast Intel Officer. Anti-Terrorist Liaison, Gang Liaison, AR-15 Certified; Numerous departmental awards I also received extensive training in the field of Mental Illness and was a designated Mental Health Officer (MHO). MHOs' assist Patrol Officers’ when confronted with citizens exhibiting mental illness and ensuring a calm conclusion to a volatile incident.
