Over the last 40 years, I have accumulated and integrated a number of architectural and leadership experiences into my life. These have been molded into a set of skills that extend from creating and implementing firm business strategies with a strong financial acumen coupled with resource management through the architectural design / documentation process to construction administration and securing repeat clients by delivering what was promised. I create personal commitments to individuals and organizations through establishing a firm foundation of trust built on strong relationships. I leverage communication skills, relationship building skills, leadership skills, and knowledge of our industry to work with firms and individuals in effort to align with their goals. CoverMyMeds Headquarters – Phases 1 & 2, Columbus, OH Construction Administrator for both phases of construction;$250 million construction cost, 415k square feet with unique design elements (Perkins + Will) with a complicated ‘infill’ scope of work between the phases. Led a construction administration team while balancing needs of tenant, owner, developer and CM. Responsibilities extended beyond the typical construction administration since fast tracked and the AoR was challenged to meet document schedules. The Ohio State University James Cancer Center - Columbus, OH Construction Administrator;$500 million expansion project, 1.16 million square feet cancer hospital and research facilities w/ ORs, Linear Accelerators, Imaging, Bed Tower and ED expansion. Tsvetnoy Mixed Use Development - Moscow, Russia Project Manager;$120 million project cost, 1.2 million square feet mixed use project with office, retail, and residential components. K2 Kaluzhsky Business Park - Moscow, Russia Project Manager;$125 million project cost, 1 million square feet Class A office. The first international Class A office park in the ‘New Moscow’ area. Public Employees Retirement System of Ohio - Columbus, OH Project Architect / Manager / Construction Administration;$91.8 million project cost, square feet 10-story office tower atop a 600 car parking garage. Huntington National Bank - Business Service Center - Columbus, OH Project Architect / Construction Administration;$74 million project cost, square feet including a Class II+ vault with Salle-port Specialties: Project Management; Business / Operations; Resource Planning; Marketing; Architecture from design thru construction; Design Build; Construction Administration and Building Code expertise.
