Now living in Cairns from Kiama after selling our successful art gallery, tapas restaurant and wine bar in 2022. Currently F&B Manager for the Pullman Cairns International, responsible for driving the guest experience across all F&B outlets and extensive conference and events services. Maintaining the quality of training, service delivery and guest experience and empowering the team to create memorable experiences for our guests. Before opening his business in Kiama, Bruce worked for more than 15 years in the venue and event management industry; as the Director of Venues and Events at the University of New South Wales and Business Development Manager at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) Sydney. At UNSW I was responsible for the support, delivery and strategic management of all the university's centralized teaching, performing arts, conference, events and award-winning business school facilities; as well as the successful delivery and management of all the University's signature and ceremonial events. Bruce is also a qualified yoga teacher.
