I specialize in designing and implementing comprehensive institutional development programs, with a strong focus on recruiting and developing talented team members. My ultimate goal is to significantly increase constituent involvement and fundraising outcomes. I handle various responsibilities within the development function, including annual fund management, corporate and foundation relations, major gifts and gift planning, endowment initiatives, capital campaigns, alumni and constituent relations efforts, stewardship, and advancement services. I actively collaborate with the CEO to foster and maintain strong donor relationships, safeguarding the vitality and well-being of the organization. Together, we work to advance the organization's mission and goals. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is building positive and productive relationships among philanthropic, corporate, and community leaders, as well as individual donors who are passionate about supporting and advancing our organization's programs and services.
