He joined the firm in 2012 as a cloud architect, led the Modern Workspace practice, and now oversees the company’s software division. As a Senior Architect specializing in Microsoft technologies, Bruce designs and delivers scalable solutions across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem—including Microsoft 365, Azure, and related platforms. He engages with clients to align technology strategies with business objectives, enhancing efficiency, security, and digital innovation. Bruce also serves as Covenant’s lead authority on Microsoft licensing, guiding organizations through the full spectrum of Microsoft’s licensing programs. His expertise spans the entire Microsoft stack—including Microsoft 365, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, and legacy on-premises solutions. He provides strategic consulting across CSP, Open Value, Enterprise Agreements (EA), and Volume Licensing programs, helping clients manage renewals, optimize entitlements, ensure compliance, and plan for future needs. Through his guidance, clients routinely realize annual savings, reduce licensing complexity, and maximize return on their Microsoft investments—all while maintaining alignment with Microsoft’s evolving requirements and best practices.
