Over the past 17 years, I have gained extensive experience through Transportation, Logistics and Operations Manager positions. I have worked in both local and regional capacities overseeing staff levels of less than 30 to over 300. I continuously strive to achieve operational excellence through close financial and KPI’s monitoring of fleet and operational activities. Apart from that I have been involved in the management and implementation of major projects introducing new training procedures, safety measures and programs, operational enhancements, and software solutions. Over the span of my professional career, I have utilized superior interpersonal and leadership skills in collaborating and managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, I have effectively lead and trained teams, motivating them to pursue even greater results.
