I have extensive experience leading software test programs and projects in the Financial services industry as well as directing innovative and transformative programs. In my most recent assignment was the testing program manager for multiple lines of business in support of a large bank merger. Prior to that I planned and directed testing for a multi-year Model Office program that spanned multiples lines of business and functional areas of the bank. My prior experience includes but is not limited to implementation of QA and software quality capabilities, development and implementation of an MDM system, centralization of production support, implementation of Knowledge Management capabilities, and managing the migration of a global portfolio of Lotus Notes databases to SharePoint and other Enterprise platforms. Key strengths include a strong balance of strategic vision and execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, excellent relationship building and success in offshore and virtual leadership.
