Throughout my 20+-year career executing large-scale product and service implementations, I have established a reputation for transforming departmental performance. I have directed the entire lifecycle of telecommunications projects, including budgeting, cost forecasting, resource allocation and employee coordination (for on-shore and off-shore teams of 85+). For the past 6 years, I have been proud to serve in Manager and Director roles for Ericsson. During my tenure, I have spearheaded project sales and execution for industry-leading customers, such as AT & T. Notable results include:* Lifted team performance to earn ranking as a “Tier 1” AT & T supplier * Delivered $900M+ in revenue.* Drove CT improvements of 50% and productivity improvements of 35%+;* Generated $1M in cost-savings across 4,400+ sites in just 8 months.* Secured award of 1,800+ sites (including site acquisition) following 163 carrier site trial.
