About Bruce Gover

I have been fortunate enough to have a unique work experience and background. Starting on the technical side as a designer draftsman and then as a lab technician before moving into the sales and marketing arena. I have held sales management positions in industrial manufacturing companies, large commercial OEM manufacturers, and specialty OEM companies. This has enabled me to bring a varied and broad perspective to the selling function and how it is approached in different markets with different products. The skill sets required for these different markets can vary greatly as well. When dealing in these different markets presenting product, pricing structure, and negotiating are different based upon the type and the size of customer. Through all of this, the one thing that I have found that remains constant is the customers’ expectations. What my nearly 30 years of experience has provided me, are the skills and the confidence to lead a talented sales organization to increase client loyalties and improve organizational goals and profitability – utilizing these proven skills to: • Strengthen staff and sales force • Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key accounts, representatives, and or vendors • Work closely with sales staff to meet client expectations • Develop sales staff, sales offices, key accounts, and representatives to achieve organizational sales and profit goals
