Operations Supervisor for LinkSA. My job involves the running of a coach / bus company (southern side of Adelaide). From rosters, time sheets, procedures, day to day issues, driver training, etc. Printing Industry (35 years)- Having to work to deadlines and managing a crew. Training of apprentices. I was involved in the starting a company in Batam, Indonesia. Which involved the training of Indonesians staff to be able to use printing machinery. As a Print Supervisor i was dealing with customers & clients. A staff of around 75 employees. Working out pays and time sheets. As well as day to day issues. The running and organisation of Presses. Dealing with conflict. Team orientated. I'm also been an Level 3 OH & S and a Fire Warden. Personally - I'm a very work concuss person because I take pride in what I do. I'm very organised person. Excellent time management skills. I can work effectively without being supervised. I'm a very motivated person and flexible. Team orientated. Sport - I played soccer competitively until i was 45 years old and then casually until i was 50 years old. I was captain of Salisbury Inter for a short period. I have also won many trophies from best and fairest to the teams most respected player.
