About Bruce Grant

I am a senior sales leader with 39 years of experience in the financial services industry. Over 35 years has been spent in various leadership and management positions at mortgage banking companies. Currently I am a Senior Loan Officer and Sales Manager at Northpoint Mortgage, originating mortgages for my past clients, Realtor referrals and a number of large Atlanta area builder groups. In June of 2012 I joined Brand Mortgage as the Cumming Branch Manager. My team and I originated Conventional, Government, and Portfolio mortgage programs on primary residences, second homes and residential investment properties in 10 states throughout the southeast. In April of 2011, I joined XINNIX, The Mortgage Academy of Excellence, as a Program Manager, Account Executive and Lead Mortgage Instructor. My responsibilities included training mortgage sales leaders and loan officers. As the ORIGINATOR program manager I worked with our new loan officer clients as they assimilated into the industry. From June 2008 through January 2011 I worked as the Vice President/Atlanta Area Manager for WR Starkey Mortgage, a Plano, TX-based correspondent lender. In my role as area manager, I hired and managed a sales and operations staff that originated over $500MM in retail mortgage loans. Prior to my tenure at WR Starkey I spent 18 years with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation in Georgia and North Carolina. My roles included the start up of the Carolinas Builder Divison, sales management of 42 Loan Officers and a $700M annual production budget; management in field marketing, product development, investor relations, customer call center, point-of-sale technology and professional sales development.
