In my current role, I manage the team supporting our Contact Centre Infrastructure migration to Amazon Connect. Working closely with CCI Operations, Architecture, other IT teams, and business teams. We provide technology planning, design, and implementation of foundation services supporting our CCaaS journey. Prior to this I've worked in enterprise and solution architecture roles, primarily supporting contact centre / CRM services. Prior to this- Two years as a solution architect for a BPO organization - Operated a systems integration business providing consulting and solution to SME's as well as Pitney Bowes, Ford Canada, GSK, and Manpower- Managed the voice and data networks and the call centre solutions team at Hudson's Bay.
