I facilitate on-site and virtual company retreats, Senior Leadership Team meetings, Department off-sites, Messaging workshops. All towards aligning the teams and fostering collaboration. I create and deliver opportunities for teams to make better decisions, be creative and work productively together. I also provide highly interactive and fun training in Leading Effective Meetings, Creative Thinking & Innovation, Problem Solving, and Customer Service. I have over 3 decades of experience as a meeting facilitator, corporate trainer, and organizational development specialist and have worked with most industries, most sizes, all levels, for-profit and non-profit. Since then I worked in multiple training and OD departments as a manager. Developed and produced a TV game show. Authored several books on creative thinking and games and newsletter publisher for business innovation. Invented, designed, and produced over 5 board and card games. I have been a leader and member of the following organizations:#ASTD (American Society for Training & Development now ATD)#ODN (Bay Area Organization Development #IAF (International Association of Facilitators), and #AIN (Applied Improv Network). I compose music (classical and jazz), create and cook elaborate meals, and proud father of an adult musician and ethnomusicologist.
