With over 24 years of experience in these sectors, I have a strong proficiency in managing business process change, project planning, and training and assessment development and delivery. I am also an End Point Assessment Technical Expert and a Member of the Renewable Energy Institute, pursuing a Master of Renewable Energy qualification. I am passionate about renewable energy and its potential to transform the global energy landscape. I have a range of skills in learning and development strategies, coaching and mentoring, and multi-cultural and multi-national team leadership.
