Since February 2024, my role has centered around being the primary liaison for distributing Product Requirement Documents, ensuring that all community operations teams are synchronized. This has involved meticulous project management, from initiating comprehensive tracking documentation to conducting impact assessments that inform and align stakeholders ahead of product changes.
