Bruce entered the insurance industry in 1975 responding to an ad in the Portland paper for a position with Penn Mutual. Here saw the need for clients to address all financial and insurance issues through a single portal dedicated to their best outcome and founded Kerr Insurance in 1980, later rebranded as The Partners Group. Driven by Bruce's original commitment to client success, The Partners Group has expanded to 5 locations, over 350 employees, multiple partnerships serving the needs of employers, medical professionals, and successful individuals for over 40 years. Bruce dedicates his time and attributes his success to his clients, employees, family and community. His leadership extends beyond The Partners Group into many worthwhile organizations.
