I'm a Product Manager, Product Owner, and Solutions Analyst with over 20 years of experience and a background in driving technical product development, roadmaps, and business solutions for start-up through enterprise organizations, including SaaS, B2B2C, and enterprise API integrations, using Agile and SAFe methodologies. These are the specific strengths I bring to my work: A decade at a startup taught me to wear many hats and adopt new: I've played the roles of Product Manager, Product Owner, Sales Engineer, and Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and occasional UI/UX designer. I'm an advocate and thought leader for reusable, scalable product solutions in place of one-off quick fixes. To accomplish this, I balance product strategy and roadmap with client needs and requests. I will leverage whatever data I can get my hands on to make defensible decisions. I keep team members and collaborators focused on goals and desired outcomes, moving from the strategic big picture all the way through to building detailed requirements and user stories for software engineers, and on to go-to-market and commercialization. I enjoy collaborating closely and daily with software architects and engineers. Much of what I've learned in my career comes from the smart people I've worked with. I am expert at navigating the rocky territory between business stakeholders and users, and software developers. I can speak both languages, earn trust, and bridge the communication gap. I'm known for dealing with vague scope and fuzzy requirements. I relish getting to the true root of a problem then designing multiple scaled options, including pros and cons for evaluation. I work hard to predict possible pitfalls and mitigate them early on. I know how to predict stakeholders' expectations and account for them.
