I have been building complex solutions for 30 years, sometimes even giving people what they want. For the last two years, we have been building the future of AI-enabled software delivery methodology for Infosys. Innovating, designing, building, running experimental teams, and proving the model we have dubbed "Exponential Engineering". This is not AI-enabled agile, this is a complete redesign of the entire delivery process. Leveraging the power of AI's to crunch information and translate machine speak into human words. Carefully re-investing released cognitive capacity into quality into architecture, security and metric visibility uplifts. Building resilient, auto-scaling, global, multicloud-enabled platform patterns that have the rigour to withstand the demands of the modern era. Scaling process improvement that compounds on one another to achieve revolutionary improvements in productivity and quality. The last round of testing, done for the CTO office, proved once again that we can reliably hit our 10x productivity claims at Infosys' scale. We are now entering into the fourth phase of the Exponential Engineering program, rolling it out to our customers. I believe the forecast for 2025 is a very low chance of boredom.
