About Bruce Miller

Bruce Miller has 30 years of experience in brand development, marketing and messaging - from major corporations to one-person entrepreneurial start-ups. Bruce is the author of five books, including “Brand Story® – How to Position Your Shoestring Start-Up Like a National Brand.” Bruce specializes in brand positioning and building brand platforms. He provides brand strategy, Web development, content and social marketing, collateral, direct mail, trade show, explainer videos and more. For 16 years, he was a principal in an Atlanta-based agency that mainly served healthcare and tech. His efforts garnered the Max Award for the marketing campaign of the year in Georgia. Bruce has downsized to serve as the "outsourced marketing department" for small to mid-sized companies that need agency-level expertise but have a freelance budget. Most projects begin with a Brand Story® Workshop - an interactive session designed to get everyone in an organization who “touches the brand” on the same page. The Workshop uses a learning and discovery process to establish an effective brand position. Bruce is an avid sailor, political junkie and yoga enthusiast. He enjoys helping people launch second acts in life with new careers, passions, and businesses.
