Professional Experience Bruce has been in the real estate profession for over 40 years. In 2010 he joined Coldwell Banker Residential as New Homes & Land Specialist. He specializes in all aspects of marketing land, from raw land to projects that are ready to go, from of units to a single building lot. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential, Bruce had served as a new business development consultant for one of the largest independently owned real estate companies in the U.S. and assisted in the creation of its New Homes Division. Through his vast experience in strategic planning and sales methods, he was instrumental in establishing more than 325 franchise offices throughout 32 states. Bruce is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North and South Carolina and Georgia. He is a founding member of the National Association of Realtor’s Property Management Division. He served foe 10 years as Chairman of the Califon Planning Board and has basic land use law and planning skills
