WHAT I DO: I help people with pain and performance. HOW I DO IT: With the expertise of the Alexander Technique, I guide people into their recovery based on their personal needs and into a new life without the restriction of chronic pain. Through Alexander Technique, I also focus on teaching musicians and athletes how to access the state of peak performance. WHY IT MATTERS: There are so few resources that really make a big difference for long-term solutions for chronic pain and performance. The Alexander Technique approach moves from the inside out, by evaluating responses of the nervous system and watching how it dictates how well a person functions. This technique is a solution people learn and apply into their daily lives, to help solve problems and enhance performance. WHY IT WORKS: The changes take place in the nervous system, and replaces habits with a stress-free ease and poise.
