The three centerpiece buildings in the Green District have won over nine awards for architectural design. Percelay began his career in advertising having worked on Parker Brothers Games, Keds Sneakers, and Converse Athletic Shoes. He is also credited with the development of the idea for Sunkist Orange Soda, the most successful new soft drink launch in industry history. MVC’s boutique hotel division includes 21 Broad, rated by Conde Nast as the top new boutique hotel in the world, the 200-room Revolution Hotel in Boston and other properties in Nantucket, Newport, Portsmouth, and Camden. Engaged in his communities, Percelay was the driving force behind the construction of Nantucket's Whaling Museum and the Nantucket Cottage Hospital where he spearheaded a $120 million capital campaign. He is a Presidents Council Board Member of MGH, was the chairman of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and chairman of Habitat for Humanity. Percelay is currently chairman of the Edward M.
