About Bruce Pym

Currently serving as a Managing Director of Meridian Capital, a middle market investment bank and M&A advisory firm providing investment banking services for acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations. Previously served as a member of the Board and as President and CEO of Elliott Cove Capital Management, a registered investment advisory firm. Had an extensive legal career, first with Graham & Dunn (now Miller Nash) and then Heller Ehrman, focusing principally on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and complex ownership succession transactions. Leadership roles in numerous community and charitable organizations, including Chair of the Board of United Way of King County, Board and Executive Committee member of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, UW Medicine (part of the University of Washington) and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (now Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center), Chair of the Board of 5th Avenue Theatre Association, Board and Executive Committee member of the Seattle Repertory Theatre, and President of the King County Bar Association. Currently serving as member of the Board of the Mary See Foundation.
