As Director at Technology Holdings, I have over 10 years of experience working as an advisor to the founders and owners of creative, technology, and business services companies. Focused mainly on M&A, I specialise in helping these businesses find a strategic or financial investor. With a high level of experience, and having worked on over 30 sell-side processes and more than 25 completed transactions, I have also acted as a growth consultant to these businesses, often helping them scale and refine their business ahead of a transaction.Originally from a financial background, I spent the first 4 years of my career developing key financial and consulting skills at KPMG.
