I have worked in the IT industry for 25 years in a variety of roles ranging from Senior Business Analyst to Project Manager. While most projects were within the financial services industry, some experience has been gained from three diversified public service organisations as well as infrastructure projects within the telecommunications industry. Successfully undertaken business analyst assignments for KAZ Technology Services with clients such as Pillar and NSW WorkCover, as well as managing projects for Department of Defence, Thai Administration Services in Bangkok and a website redevelopment for the Retail Employees Superannuation Trust (REST).After joining Artis Group, had the opportunity to work on the Restitution Program, a complex data manipulation application for CommInsure (CBA), determining the payments due to investors for historical unit pricing errors.Managed infrastructure projects at Telstra on the Qantas, Westpac and CBA accounts in the voice and data network environments then worked for CBA on voice, contact centre, mobile and data services.Prior knowledge of the superannuation and financial services industries was acquired from 25 years experience in the administration of superannuation and investment products.Specialties: • Analytical and problem solving skills• Lateral thinker and task focussed• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with good attention to detail• Excellent people skills • Very good verbal and written communication skills
