I bring 35 years as a nonprofit executive to a coaching and consulting company I founded in 2013 to help produce meaningful results in your life, career and organization. Coaching can help you see clearly what is within you and what is around you, and harness the power of focus and intention. As a veteran executive director I have extensive experience in developing new programs managing multiple public funding sources, fund raising, quality control, strategic planning, staff development, and leading teams. I work with professionals who are negotiating the leadership challenges of this complex landscape. In addition to coaching and mentoring my specialties include team building, public speaking, nonprofit governance, executive transition, and program development.
