Prior to that an additional 20 years experience as an installer, field technician, & supervisor of field technicians. Strengths include excellent verbal & written communication skills, and the ability to work with internal and external customers at all levels - architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, security personnel, field technicians & installers, project managers & national account managers to ensure smooth system installations and complete customer satisfaction.
