I have over 20 years of experience working in sales and sales management. Currently I work in the swimming pool industry, where I lead a small team. These sales professionals are building businesses within our own business. I am deeply enthusiastic about creating sellable services and trusted products that help people achieve their career goals. Previously, I worked as a NSM with Pool Controls and Monarch Pool Systems. I have been improving products and services for our customers by using a common sense approach to both problems and opportunities. I have set up three warehouses, creating the perfect environment for success. I have trained and mentored new and exisiting sale people, giving ideas and insights for success. If you catch me outside of work, I believe in staying active. I am a keen trainer swimming, cycling and hiking are my preferred activities. I love to travel and enjoy spending time with my family. I also have a great group of friends and enjoy socialising regularly. I talk to everyone and say hello anywhere to anyone.
