About Bruce Thomas

I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager with extensive experience in business optimization, change management, and operational excellence. Managing projects across nine business units, I specialize in stabilizing, standardizing, and optimizing operations to drive growth, increase profitability, and enhance both the customer and employee experience. I hold dual master’s degrees from Western Governors University, an MBA and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership. Coupled with my certification in Lean Six Sigma and my participation in NAVSEA’s prestigious Journey Level Leadership program, I bring a well-rounded and deeply analytical approach to leadership and continuous improvement. I am also a proud alumnus of Leadership Kitsap and was recognized as a 20-under-40 honoree by both the Kitsap Sun and Kitsap Business Journal for my contributions to leadership and innovation in the region. In addition to my professional work, I serve as a minister and instructor at the Institute of Conservative Apostolic Theology, where I teach and mentor students in biblical studies and leadership principles. I’m passionate about helping others grow, both spiritually and professionally, and believe that true leadership is built on a foundation of integrity, respect, and the empowerment of others.
