About Bruce Tupper

Bruce oversaw the successful development of three highly profitable FinTech entities. Currently, he founded CoinRegTech with an experienced team to provide compliance services to the virtual currency market. Previously, Bruce was a divisional President for a global subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (ICE). He oversaw the strategy, business development and global sales of ICE’s repository service, ICE Trade Vault. Bruce joined ICE in and was among the original staff that launched the ICE Trading Platform. Bruce attended Emory University School of Law, and pursued a Juris Masters with a focus on business law and regulations. He graduated during the spring of 2017 with distinction and was the recipient of the JM Leadership Award. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a finance concentration from the University of New Hampshire. Bruce participated on several federal agency hearings and met with Congressional subcommittees regarding the effects of financial regulations on customers and exchange services. He worked with trade associations and regulatory affairs staff to draft numerous comment letters in response to subsequent rulemakings of the Dodd-Frank Act. In August 2011, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued a patent (No. 8,005,743 Tupper et al.) for the system and underlying business methods that Bruce established.
