Continuous growth is a core value in my career. I actively seek opportunities to upskill through professional development, both within my school community and beyond, ensuring I stay at the forefront of innovative teaching and learning practices, as well as coaching and leadership development. My leadership experience includes serving as a Grade Level Leader, K3–Grade 5 English Language Arts Leader, and instructional coach, where I have supported colleagues through curriculum planning, professional development, and mentorship. My approach to education extends beyond academics—I believe in shaping students not only by what they learn but by who they become. I am deeply passionate about the transformative power of education and its role in developing compassionate, thoughtful individuals who contribute to making the world a better place.
