I'm driven by challenges that allow me to deliver real value to both the business and people. Throughout my career, I’ve built experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Category Development - with strong expertise in the FMCG sector. I’m straightforward, results-oriented, and lead with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration. I love teaming up with others, building great relationships along the way, and making sure we hit our goals. My focus is always on driving business results through executing go-to-market strategies, implementing category plans and creating a seamless and engaging shopping experience for consumers. Over the years, I’ve built solid experience in areas like P&L management, key account management, pricing, and leading teams. I enjoy working in dynamic environments where I can bring structure, clarity, and energy to the table. I’m Brazilian-Italian and currently based in Switzerland with a C Permit, bringing a multicultural perspective and a strong understanding of international markets.
